Learn the everyday skill of managing your mind so you can feel calmer, think clearer, and respond with confidence.
Two upcoming sessions starting: 5th March 2026 and 16th April 2026
Replaying conversations or running through tomorrow’s to-do list. You want to rest, but your thoughts won’t let you.
Something small happens and you snap. Later, you wonder why you couldn’t just stay calm.
They promise peace, but you feel like you’re doing it wrong. Or it works for a day, then life gets busy again.
On the outside, you’re managing. On the inside, you’re running on empty, and you don’t know how much longer you can keep going.
Without learning to manage your mind, these patterns continue. They affect your work, your relationships, and your wellbeing.
But here’s the thing: it doesn’t have to be this way.
Most people learn to manage everything except their own mind.
We’re taught to think, plan, and solve problems. But no one teaches us how to manage our mind doing all that thinking.
That’s the skill this programme builds.
This isn’t therapy.
It’s not traditional coaching.
And it’s not simply meditation.
It’s mind management training.
A practical approach to working with your mind, instead of against it.
You’ll learn how to direct your attention, regulate your emotions, and respond with clarity instead of reacting on autopilot.
It’s simple. It’s structured. And it works.
Because when you know how to manage your mind, everything else gets easier.
HOW IT WORKS
This is a 4-week programme with 6 live sessions led by David Butcher.
Through clear, human guidance, David helps you adapt and fit mind management into your life.
1. Learn
Master practical awareness tools in live, guided sessions. Ask questions. Get real-time support.
2. Practice
Apply what you learn daily between sessions with recorded meditations and simple exercises.
3. Explore
Develop insights from your experience to build lasting calm, focus, and emotional resilience.
6 live sessions (1 hour each) over 4 weeks
Plus short daily practice between sessions
Right away: Often after the first session, participants report noticeable calm and improved focus.
Over time: You’ll build lasting resilience, emotional intelligence, and sustainable wellbeing as awareness becomes second nature.
David knows what it’s like when life becomes overwhelming.
After losing his wife and father within weeks of each other, he collapsed from exhaustion. For three years, he lived with chronic fatigue, anxiety, and depression.
With little support and no clear path forward, he turned to the one thing that had helped him before: mindfulness.
By deepening his practice, he learned how to manage his mind through one of the hardest periods of his life by using simple and easy-to-grasp tools and techniques.
And it worked.
David became one of the less than 5% of chronic fatigue sufferers who fully recover.
That’s when he realised just how life-changing mind management is and decided to share his experience and knowledge with as many people as possible.
Today, David brings over 51+ years of life & corporate experience from multiple CEO and board advisory roles to living with profound loss.
He teaches what he’s lived: that positive awareness is a skill anyone can learn.
And one that changes everything.
HOW IT WORKS
Upcoming dates for March and April 2026:
There are two dates available for the Mind Management sessions:
Session 1 – March 2026
Session 2: April 2026
Future dates to be announced soon
We recommend short daily practice, usually 10-15 minutes. It’s about consistency, not hours of your day.
This programme helps with stress, overwhelm, racing thoughts, and emotional reactivity. If you’re managing your mind through everyday challenges or bigger struggles, you’ll find tools that help. And to be clear, this isn’t therapy or counselling; it’s developing the skill of managing your mind.
